Yes! We offer:

• Whole Bean (recommended for freshness)
• Filter Grind (pour-over, French press, etc.)
• Espresso Grind (espresso machines)

Occasionally. When Alice & Nick discover exceptional decaf processes during expeditions, we share them. But most of our focus is on origin stories and traditional processing methods, which typically involve caffeine.

Follow expedition updates—if we find great decaf, you'll be the first to know!

Not currently. We believe coffee should be ordered when you want it, not on an automatic schedule.

Every coffee we offer is available as a one-time purchase for £14/bag (250g). Order as much or as little as you like, whenever you like.

Why we do it this way: This gives you complete flexibility to explore different origins without being locked into a subscription, and ensures you only get coffee when you actually need it.

UK delivery:

• Standard: 3-5 working days (free over £30)
• Express: 1-2 working days (£4.95)

International: Currently UK only, but we're exploring international shipping. Join our email list for updates!

• Home-compostable bags with one-way valves
• Minimal, recyclable packaging
• Roasted to order within 48 hours of shipping

Each bag includes the complete producer story, brewing guide, and expedition context.

Coffee orders: You're charged immediately when you place an order.

We process payments securely through Stripe as soon as you complete checkout. Your coffee is then roasted to order and shipped within 48 hours.

No recurring charges. Every purchase is one-time only - you'll never be charged again unless you make another order.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Quality issues: If there's a problem with your coffee or shipping, we'll absolutely make it right with a replacement or refund.

Not currently. Alice & Nick travel lean and fast to build authentic relationships without the complexity of group travel.

Future possibility: We're exploring smaller group experiences for highly engaged members, but nothing confirmed yet.
