By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and that the information you provide is accurate.
All orders are subject to availability. If we can't fulfil your order, we'll let you know and issue a full refund.
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Your order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed. You'll receive an order confirmation email.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses typically takes 3–5 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services or events outside our control.

Subscription orders are billed on a recurring basis at the frequency you select. You'll be charged automatically on each billing date.
You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time via your account page or by contacting terms@bandofbeans.co.uk. Changes take effect before the next billing cycle.
We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices with 30 days' notice. You'll be notified by email before any price change takes effect, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
We make every effort to describe our products accurately. Coffee is an agricultural product, and flavour profiles may vary slightly between batches due to seasonal and natural factors. This is a feature of specialty coffee, not a fault.
Product images are representative. Packaging design may change from time to time.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by these terms. You have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason (see our Returns & Refunds page).
We are liable for any damage caused by our negligence or breach of these terms, up to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
All content on this website, including text, images, design, and our brand, is owned by Band of Beans Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) are sent as part of our contract with you and are not marketing communications.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
